Peer Review

Peer review contributes to the enhancement of learning, teaching and assessment and supports the personal development of academic staff and other staff who support learning and teaching. It contributes to the ongoing reflection on practice that all academic staff and staff involved in supporting L&T are expected to undertake.
Peer review is undertaken annually and gives you an opportunity to have your teaching practice reviewed by a critical friend. By undertaking the peer review of colleagues you also get the opportunity to learn from others practice as well as provide guidance to influence their practice.
