QAA Concerns Scheme
The annual report template for External Examiners provides an opportunity for Examiners to submit a ‘Confidential Report to the Vice Chancellor’ where they have significant concerns relating to the academic standards of a programme. Where an External Examiner feels that any such issues have not be responded to appropriately, they may wish to refer to the QAA Concerns Scheme.
